Crossbreed and VITO/EnergyVille sign letter of intent for cooperation

Crossbreed and VITO/EnergyVille have formally expressed their intention to cooperate regarding the STORM District Energy Controller technology. Both parties will stipulate their best effort to work towards the signature of a license agreement for STORM District Energy Controller Peak Shaving Tech Transfer from VITO/EnergyVille to Crossbreed.
